Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information WiamLabs collects when you use WiamSports on Telegram, our Free and VIP channels, and the affiliate programme — and how that information is used, stored, and shared.
1. Who we are
WiamLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates WiamSports, a football intelligence product delivered on Telegram. We are based in Ghana.

Telegram is a separate company. Your Telegram account is governed by Telegram’s Privacy Policy. We only receive the data Telegram sends to our bot when you interact with us.
2. What WiamSports is
WiamSports is not a public fan app inside the bot chat. It has three surfaces:
- Free Channel — public picks (match winner and confidence).
- VIP Channel — paid monthly access through Telegram’s own subscription (Stars). Full cards.
- Affiliate — promoters share tracked join links and are paid in prediction cards, not cash.
The bot chat with @WiamSportsBot is a private workspace for the WiamLabs sports team. Unauthorised visitors are directed to the channels and, if they choose, the affiliate desk. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, or pay winnings.
3. Who this policy covers
It applies when you:
- Open or message @WiamSportsBot
- Join or view the Free Channel or VIP Channel
- Pay for VIP through Telegram Stars
- Join the affiliate programme or join a channel through a promoter’s link
- Read these legal pages on our website
It does not cover bookmakers, other Telegram bots, or websites you visit on your own.
4. Information we collect
4.1 From Telegram

4.2 Account and programme records we create
- Whether you are a visitor, promoter, or team member
- Age confirmation and country you provided during onboarding (if asked)
- That you accepted these terms
- Affiliate invite tokens, which link you used, who joined, cards owed and cards sent
- VIP subscription state as Telegram reports it
- Moderation flags (blocked, suspended) for team and abuse cases
4.3 Football data (not about you)
We store fixtures, our predictions, results, and related sports signals (form, odds, injuries, weather at stadium cities). That is match data. It is not a record of bets you placed.
4.4 What we do not collect
We do not collect bank details, card numbers, government ID, your precise GPS location, your contacts, or private chats you have with other people. We do not buy marketing lists. We do not use your data for advertising networks.
5. How we use it
- Deliver the bot, channels, and affiliate desk
- Attribute Free and VIP joins to the correct promoter and send the cards we owe
- Confirm VIP access after Telegram processes Stars
- Moderate spam in channels where the bot is an administrator
- Protect the private team workspace from unauthorised use
- Improve prediction quality using match results, not your private messages
- Comply with law and investigate abuse
We do not sell personal data.
6. Legal bases
Where GDPR / UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- Contract — to provide the service you request (bot replies, channel access, affiliate desk)
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, attribution of affiliate joins, product improvement on match data
- Consent — where we ask you to confirm age or accept terms
- Legal obligation — if a lawful request requires us to keep or disclose records
In Ghana we also process personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
7. Telegram Stars and payments
VIP is billed as a Telegram native subscription using Telegram Stars. Telegram (and Apple or Google if you pay through their in-app systems) is the payment processor. We receive a confirmation that you subscribed or cancelled. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Refunds, chargebacks, and Stars balances are handled under Telegram’s rules and the platform you paid on. Contact Telegram or your app store for payment disputes; contact us if access did not unlock after a successful payment.
8. Affiliate tracking
If you become a promoter, we create daily tracked invite links for the Free Channel and the VIP subscribe flow. We store:
- Your Telegram ID as promoter
- The token and invite URL for that day’s window
- The Telegram ID of a person who joined through your link
- Cards owed and cards we later send you
Pay is prediction cards in your bot chat, not cash, bank transfer, or Stars. You cannot credit your own join. WiamLabs team accounts do not earn. We do not publish other promoters’ names on the public leaderboard beyond what the desk already shows you.
People who join through your link are told by Telegram that they are joining a channel or paying Telegram. We do not email them on your behalf.
9. Channels and moderation
The Free Channel is public. Anyone can read posts there. Do not share information in channel comments that you would not want public.
The VIP Channel is a paid Telegram channel. Membership is controlled by Telegram’s subscription tools. The bot may be an administrator so it can create invite links and remove spam. Posts in VIP may include our published cards; they are visible to paying members.
11. How long we keep it
- Bot / team accounts — while you use the service, then as needed for security and disputes
- Affiliate ledger — while cards remain owed, and afterwards for a reasonable period to prevent double-pay and fraud
- Channel join tokens — tied to daily windows; unused links can be revoked
- Match predictions and results — kept to operate Track Record and improve the engine; this is not your betting history
- Website logs — typically 30–90 days unless needed for an investigation
You may ask us to delete personal account data. See Section 13. We may retain limited records where we must (fraud, legal claims, unpaid affiliate debt until settled).
12. Security
- HTTPS / TLS for this website and database connections
- Secrets stored in the host environment, not in public pages
- Team workspace limited to Telegram IDs granted by WiamLabs
- Rate limits and abuse blocks
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and regulators where the law requires it.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it (except where we must keep a record)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a portable copy
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Ghana, the Data Protection Commission)
Email privacy@wiamlabs.com from a mailbox we can match to you, or message @WiamSportsBot from the same Telegram account. Include your Telegram numeric ID if you know it. We aim to respond within 30 days.
14. Age restriction
WiamSports is for adults 18 years or older (or the higher legal age for gambling-related content where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a minor has used the service, contact us and we will close the account.
15. International transfers
Hosting and databases may process information in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other locations used by Telegram and our infrastructure providers. Where data leaves Ghana or your home country, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (including standard contractual clauses where they apply). A current list of processors is available on request at privacy@wiamlabs.com.
16. Predictions and betting
Picks are statistical opinions, not a promise of profit. Past results do not guarantee future results. Betting is your decision and your risk. Bet responsibly. 18+. If gambling is harming you, seek help locally, for example BeGambleAware, or your national regulator (in Ghana, the Gaming Commission).
17. Changes
We will update this page when the product or the law changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy. Material changes may also be mentioned in the bot or channels.
